May I cancel my order any time?
Yes, you may cancel your order before your payment,
but it is not possible to cancel after the payment made.
What if do I receive broken goods ?
Please, send us a photo of the broken goods you have received.
Then, we will exchange or pay back your money depending on a case.
Is it possible to change cloths' color or size after received ordered goods ?
No, once we send out our goods, it is not possible to change cloths' color or size unless our manufactured problems.
What is Deposit ?
1) If a part of the ordered goods sold out after you made a payment, the difference will be put into your account as a deposit.
2) When you order our goods, there is an additional "Estimated EMS Fee." If there is a difference between the "Estimated EMS Fee" and an actual EMS fee, the difference will be put into your account as a deposit.
3) You can make a payment with your deposit when you order next time with us.
(*) If you want to refund your deposit, go to Q&A and request to refund your deposit. Then the money will be deposit deposited to your paypal (PayPal) account.
